Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed a round at Windermere Golf Club and attended the annual Damson Day festival. The staff were incredibly friendly and the meals were delicious. Just a heads up, the signage could be clearer, but it’s worth it for the views and great atmosphere.
We faced some hot water issues in the evening, which was a bit disappointing after a long day.

Perfect Getaway for Families
The room was spacious enough for my grandson to play around, and the duck pond out back caught his attention like it was the only thing in the world. Plus, the indoor pool was a good bonus, he really enjoyed splashing about!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but given the comfort, it’s manageable.

Perfect for Families with Kids
The family room was huge, plenty of space for my grandson to play and run around, truly a delight for kids. We also discovered a lovely surprise at the back, a model village that had my grandson thrilled, seeing all the ducks and creatures around the pond.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but worth it considering the fun we had.

Charming location with easy access to Bowness-on-Windermere, perfect for a day out. The spa facilities offer a decent-sized pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and gym equipped with various exercise machines, making it a pleasant retreat.
Several aspects need attention, like room cleaning which could use a bit more regularity. after three nights, ours felt neglected. The sauna being out of order was a letdown, and the breakfast options lacked variety, especially for longer stays. The bathroom extractor fan was disturbingly noisy, while the room doors slammed loudly, making quiet entry and exit a challenge. I also noticed some miscommunication regarding early check-in costs, which felt unnecessary, and the restaurant's evening meal left much to be desired, with some dishes unappetizing and poorly executed.
